To start a return, fill out the form on our Contact Us page or email us directly at hello@ellivory.com. To speed things up, include your Order Number, or the name and email used when placing your order, and we'll send you the address for returns.

Ellivory is made to handle daily use — but if anything goes wrong within the first 12 months, we’ll make it right.

Whether it’s a defect, air leak, or unexpected issue, just reach out and we’ll repair or replace it at no cost.

Damaged Items

We pack every order with care, but if your board arrives damaged or defective, let us know within 72 hours of delivery, we’ll send a replacement at no cost. Just email a clear photo and your order number to hello@ellivory.com.


Shipping and Delivery

While we aim to ship quickly, we can’t control delays caused by couriers, customs, or other third-party issues. If your tracking shows a problem, please contact the shipping provider directly.

Ellivory is not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, or marked as delivered but not received.
